Xbox One X owners have been treated to some great news today, as Microsoft reveals new Enhanced games.
Four bonafide Xbox 360 classics have been given the Xbox One X Enhanced treatment.
This includes both Left 4 Dead games, Portal 2 and The Orange Box – which itself contains multiple releases like Portal, Half Life 2 and Team Fortress.
Announced by Major Nelson, the Backwards Compatible games now boast enhanced visuals and higher resolutions.
“Starting today, four more Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles will be enhanced for Xbox One X,” the tweet reads.
“Enjoy playing Half-Life 2: The Orange Box, Portal: Still Alive, Left 4 Dead, and Left 4 Dead 2 with enhanced visuals and higher resolutions on Xbox One X.”

It’s been months since any older games were enhanced for Xbox One X.
Original Xbox and Xbox 360 games that have been enhanced include SSX 3, Forza Horizon and Crackdown.
Fingers crossed Microsoft makes even more classic releases available in the run up to Christmas.
The news comes as Microsoft launches a new Xbox One competition in partnership with Foot Locker.
